Located on Lake LBJ this newly remodeled home on a large lot offers a wonderful view of the lake. You can sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the boat dock or the deck upstairs. Sit out in the grassy area under a large oak tree, rest in the hammock, or lay on the dock in the sun.

Summer rate Sunday thru Wednesday $400 per night

Summer rate Thursday thru Saturday   $425 per night

 

Sept. 8 - Feb. 28  $350/night, 2 night minimum

Holidays $450/night, 3 night minimum

Christmas and New Years  $450 per night with a 3 night minimum.

There is a $300 security deposit is required and a one time cleaning fee of $75.

 

There are two jet ski ramps and a rope swing and waterfall just adjacent to the dock. There are three bedrooms, one downstairs with a King bed and two up stairs, one with a King bed and the other with two twins. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa. An outdoor hanging bed is fun to relax on. There are two bathrooms. It will sleep up to 8 people. This is a great family getaway place. This home is furnished with two TV's with satellite. There is a full kitchen with a dining area. Wood burning stove, BBQ pit, outdoor seating.
