This unique house was artistically designed and is made of salvaged and recycled antique wood, native stone, antique doors and windows, and stained glass.
The four levels of the home are located on a bluff above Pearce Creek. Enjoy the designer decor and furnishings in the 1800 square foot open floor plan. There is a 9 foot deep lap pool with jacuzzi jets (not heated) with a waterfall. While this home is near Wimberley it is a world away, secluded and private. It is located in the middle of just over 3 wooded acres with a private view of the nearby hills, and the many windows allow you to feel like you are outdoors while enjoying the wonderful sunsets.
For the cooler weather there are two Rumford stone fireplaces ( one in the bedroom and one in the living room) and a soapstone wood burning stove in the kitchen area. Wood is provided for one fire in each. The primary heat is from gas and electric heaters.
In the warmer weather there are window air conditioners and ceiling fans, or open the doors for the wonderful cross breeze. Cool off with a dip in the secluded pool.
There is a full kitchen with a gas stove and a deck just outside for a great view while you dine. The bedroom has a Queen Sleep Comfort mattress, and one double bed. The bathroom has a deep tub with a shower built in stone. Cable TV, DVD, wireless internet.
No children, no pets, no smoking inside the house.
