Wake up refreshed and invigorated in the  king size platform bed with 100% white goose down pillows and comforter and  100%bamboo sheets that  feel like a blend of cashmere and silk. The loveseat is perfect for quiet comtemplation, reading, or romantic conversation.

If you don't want to leave your sanctuary, prepare a quick meal at your leasure.  The kitchenette is equiped with a small refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooktop, and a 12 cup coffee maker. After dinner enjoy a luxuriating, scented milk bath in the century old claw foot bathtub or bathe "al fresco" with the hot/cold outdoor shower on the back deck. Relax and sample a bottle of Texas Hill Country wine while sitting around the crackling garden fire pit.

Sinya was designed with the intention of balancing simple luxury with eco-friendly practices without sacrificing comfort. By employing very innovative local craftsmen, 40 to 50 % of the building materials used for Sinya's 850 sq. ft. deck are reclaimed. The cabinets and drawers of the kitchenette are recycled and the countertop is made of century-old Longleaf pine. The floors are East Texas Longleaf pine. The appliances and lighting are energy efficient and the twice filtered well water is heated by an "on demand" propane water heater. There is a state-of-the-art low water composting toilet and the tent's gray water* is reused as landscaping irrigation.

Attention has been given to every detail so that guests on Sinya on Lone Man Creek will take with them long lasting memories and a new found appreciation for a more eco-friendly lifestyle.

*All soap, detergent, shampoo, hair conditioner, and milk-bath has been specially selected for its quality and are free of phosphates, borax, and sodium. They are supplied for guests to use at no addtional charge.

Sinya is located Northwest of Wimberley in the hill country. This property is situtated on 300 ft. of Lone Man Creek. Fishing is available when the creek is full. The ridge offers some hiking areas and many Indian artifacts have been found on the banks of the creek.

A portable AC unit is provided upon request but the room fan is usually sufficient. High speed Wifi allows guests to view television or to listen to downloaded music on their laptop computer.

Pet Policy:

We love dogs! The tent is made of canvas, some dogs, especially anxious dogs or those with a high prey and /or herding drive, may cause the tent harm when they spot a deer or other wildlfe that regularly visit the property. You will need to bring a travel kennel and a pet bed for your dog. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by their pet, and all costs associated with repairing the tent or its furnishings to its original condition. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any pet refuse.. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra  cleaning fees.

All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommened. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellant three (3) days prior to arrival.

 $25 per night with a $100 refundable deposit. Dog daycare is available for an additional charge.
