It is located 2.5 miles from town, on 12 acres and is very secluded and private with cedar, oak, cactus and numerous native plants.
This is a great open floor plan with a full kitchen, living room and a sunroom just steps away. The dining area has seating for 12 plus bar stools at the kitchen island. The sunroom is furnished with comfortable wicker furniture and many windows. Enjoy the covered BBQ area just behind the house it also has a fire pit for your use. There is cable TV and DVD in all bedrooms.
Relax in the hotub, large enough for 8 or sit around the firepit out under the stars. The observation deck puts you 10 feet up with seating on top or underneight. Enjoy the view from hear of the nearby hills. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room for those cold winter nights. Extra sleeping can be found in a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a King bed and a private bath with a walk in shower and double vanity. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each room has a Queen bed and a twin bed that opens into a trundle. They share a bathroom which has a tub with a shower.
The Casita is not rented separately, only for additional guests with the main house. The front porch is 40 ft. by 14 ft. and covered. It has a game room with a pool table, wet bar, mini frig, and a microwave. The couch is a Queen sleeper sofa.There are also additional chairs for seating. Relax on the front porch at the tables and chairs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, and a private bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and large windows with a view. There is a full bath with a whirlpool tub in the hall area and a covered rock patio just outside.
There is a HDTV and DVD in the living room, as well as TV's in all bedrooms, some with DVD's. Satellite TV for all. CD player and stereo. The computer is for guest use with high speed internet and wireless network. Children welcome.
There is no smoking allowed inside either house and pets are not allowed. If upon inspection after your departure, we find that his has happened you will be charged a $300 minimum cleaning fee.

$400 per night for 6 guests Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed. nights
Two night minimum except holidays, which are three nights.
Holidays $700 per night for up to 12 guests
Additional guests are $25 each per night.
The River Suite is included at no charge when paying for at least 10 guests per night. If you would like to rent it seperately with your smaller group the price $60 per night. There is no charge for the River Suite on holidays when paying for 14 or more guests.
Holidays are New Years, Good Friday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas (Dec. 16 - Jan 2)
