The ranch is located in southern Mason County, outside of the historic small towns of Mason and Fredricksberg. The James River runs through the middle of the property. In the Spring, wildflowers abound. In the summer you can cool down in one of the larges springs in the hill country. In the fall just enjoy the crystal clear star filled skies, and in the winter the outdoor fireplace will keep you toasty warm. The ranch house is only 400 yards away from the Eckert Bat Cave, one of the true wonders of the Texas Hill Country.
The Bar None is an ideal location for intimate weddings, artist, photography or writers' workshops. Ladies or small church and business retreats work well here also.

Located on a 114 acres you can sit and enjoy the peace and solitude. It is named for the wonderful breeze that flows across the wide porch in front of the guest cottage. Sit in the rockers and rest or BBQ just out side the door.

In this wooded 55 acres, you will be surrounded by a barnyard full of unique animals from peacocks to fainting goats. Drive golf balls, fish in the pond (catch and release) or enjoy the large hot tub. Horseback riding is available for children 8 and under. Visit the Cowboy campfire (unless there is a burn ban) roast wieners and marshmallows, sit under the stars and tell campfire stories.
