There are two bedrooms each with a King bed, a twin trundle bed and day bed in the Garden Room, and two futons as well. There are two full bathrooms, one with a claw foot tub/shower and the other with a shower.
Relax in the den or the living room with basic satellite service and enjoy the large screen TV, DVD or CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and completely stocked for all your needs. There is a Jenn Air 5 burner propane stove with oven. The propane grill or charcoal kettle grill is there for your use just outside the door.
Sit out on on the back deck facing the river or out in the large yard under the shade trees. Enjoy the gazebo and watch wildlife. BBQ outside and slow down to the Hill Country pace of living. The yard is entirely fenced. This house sleeps up to 10. Children are welcme.
Pets are welcome. Please bring your pet's blankets to cover the furniture There is a $30 fee for small pets and a $50 fee for medium pets. Two pets per group maximum. We do require a $200 refundable pet deposit.
There is a $75 house cleaning fee, if you bring a pet there is an additional $40 pet cleaning fee.
