The kitchen is a large open plan with a breakfast bar. Sub Zero refrigerator, double oven, icemaker, with granite counter tops. There is a formal dining room with a crystal chandelier, a large faux painting of an arched window on one side and real windows on the other. The living room has a massive stone fireplace, high cathedral vaulted ceiling  with large beams. Large windows look out over the hill country. The family room is located on the second floor, step out on to the deck and view the Blanco River and the surrounding hillside. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms. Located on sparkling Cypress Creek and steps from the historic Wimberley Square, Abundance Retreat features 2 guest houses — Sundance Lodge and Moondance Cabin — and an unforgettable setting for a romantic getaway, family reunion, "Big Chill" weekend or corporate meeting. Both offer a wireless internet connection, cable TV, DVD/CD players and local phone service. Sorry, no children under 18 permitted. Dogs who are house broken, friendly and non-destructive are welcome at both Sundance and Moondance. A single faux wicker kennel that is perfect for 2 small dogs or 1 medium size dog is provided. Please do not leave your pet unattended unless it is crated. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required per dog.

Broad Creek Ranch -This 50 acre ranch is located just 2 1/2 miles from the Wimberley Square. Each house has private acreage around it with large pecan and oak trees, and horses.

           Cedar Creek Lodge - Wireless This newly built lodge is wonderful with the cedar and rock work reflecting the Hill Country. Enjoy the open airiness of the windows, views, and catwalks to get you up high around the main room. There are three bedrooms, one king, one queen and one with twin bunk beds. The full bath room has a large old farm house sink, and a large shower. For those cold winter days and nights the floor has radiant heat, and the main room has a large open fireplace that burns wood or propane. The large dining table seats 8. The fully stocked kitchen even has a commercial gas range and a side window to let you have an outdoors bar, BBQ, visit back and forth and enjoy the large open area.                 Horse Creek -  Wireless Next door to the Lodge is Horse Creek. Wonderfully light and airy this three bedroom house will add to the availability the number of guests that this property will sleep. It has a large living room, separate dining room with a fireplace, full kitchen, and huge back yard with a fire pit, with a wonderful view of horses. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, with a shared second bathroom. TV, DVD, CD, XM Satellite radio and local telephone.

$250/night for 6 plus $25 for each additional person. Pets are welcome $10 per night.

Cabana on the Creek - Internet available- A world away to Texas Style charm where there is peace and quiet and a creek running by.  Escape with your friends and family.  The cottage can sleep 6, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a wood burning  fireplace to enjoy on  those cool evenings, and a shower out back for those who like to bath with nature!  Relax on the large deck, sit in the rockers and view the wildlife, listen to the creek, take a long walk. $150/night for 2 plus   $15/additional guest.

 

Country Cottage #3 - Enjoy this cabin overlooking Cypress Creek. Relax as you sit in the swing or the rockers on the screened porch. Enjoy the fishing. There is  1 bedroom with queen sized bed, and a very nice sitting area. The cabin has a full bath off the bedroom and a half bath just off the living room. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has  full kitchen, and a  wood burning stove in the living room (bring your own wood). CD, TV, VCR, outside smoking only. Small dogs and cats welcome $10 per night per pet.  High speed Internet

 Creek House - Located on a beautiful part of Cypress Creek just minutes from the center of Wimberley, yet private. This two level, three bedroom, three bath home is a quiet getaway. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the open loft bedroom has two twins and two trundle beds. There are TV's in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Cable TV provided as well as computer access DSL.  The back deck is furnished for you to just sit and relax and watch the creek and the falls as well as a multitude of  wildlife. In bad weather enjoy the screened porch. It has a full kitchen and dining area that join the living room with a bar area. The are two grills, one is gas and one is charcoal (bring your own charcoal).

Small pets 15 lbs. and under are allowed. There is a $500 pet deposit required.

  Great Escape - Wireless

A beautiful Hill Country home located on the Blanco River just a few miles from Wimberley. Enjoy 300 feet of direct river frontage from this 3000 square foot home located on on 3 acres. The covered back porch with ceiling fans, rockers and lounges, provides a view of the river with 100 year old Cypress trees. This house is very nicely furnished with 4 bedrooms 4 baths. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed, with a private bath and a whirlpool tub. There are three other bedrooms upstairs. One has a Queen bed and a private bathroom, the second has a full size bed and two twins, and the third has a Queen bed with a twin size day bed plus a trundle bed with twin mattresses. Additional beds can be found in the bonus room downstairs which has a twin size day bed and a trundle with twin mattresses. There is a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and much more. The dining room has a 9 foot farm table that will seat 10 and the breakfast area has seating for 6 or more. In the living room you can enjoy the wood burning fireplace on those cold winter nights. Cable TV, DVD, VCR and movies, a computer with high speed wireless internet, and two BBQ pits for your use with a nice rock deck. This house will sleep up to 14 comfortably. Smoking outside only, no pets, children welcome. The hot tub  is installed, as well as a  pool table that is now ready for action in the game room.

Kelly's Country Cabins - Wireless

New cabins located just five miles North of Wimberley. Ten cabins are ready, with occupancy of up to 8 persons per cabin. All have full kitchens, TV, cable, DVD's, CD, stereo's, and WiFi., and local phone service. Porch's to sit and relax as well as BBQ pits and picnic tables.  Petting zoo, fossils, and lots of hiking. Great for couples, families or large groups. Medium to small pets welcome, deposit required and the rate is $10 per night. $150/per night for 2 adults (2 children age 11 and under are included) then  $15 for each additional guest.

Special : Sunday at 6 PM through Friday at 10 AM - 5 nights $500 for 2 plus taxes.

Lodge at Cypress Falls - Opening May 23, 2008. The lodge has 22 rooms with King, Queen, or two double beds per room available. Enjoy a continental breakfast in the lobby, wireless internet, and the large screen TV, with plenty of seating. Sit out by the pool, play tennis, shuffle board, and volleyball . Free access to Cypress Creek for swimming and fishing, bring your own fishing gear, water shoes, and beach towels. Relax on the deck at the restaurant on the creek or at one of the picnic areas.

Lotus House - Discover this exquisite stone house in the center of the Texas Hill Country. This wonderful home was designed and built by a sculpture/architect in 1976- each stone and detail was hand-selected as part of the architect's vision of living in harmony with the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country. This unique house was artistically designed as passive solar and made of salvaged and recycled antique wood, native stone, antique doors and windows, and stained glass. The four levels of the home are located on a bluff above Pearce Creek. There is a 9 foot deep lap pool, waterfall, and Jacuzzi .

 While this home is near Wimberley it is a world away, secluded and private. It is located in the middle of just over 3 wooded acres with a view of the nearby hills, and the many windows allow you to feel like you are outdoors. The two Rumford stone fireplaces provide comfort and heat as well as propane gas heaters in the winter. In the summer there are air conditioners and ceiling fans, or open the doors for the wonderful breeze. There is a full kitchen and a deck outside for a great view. The bedroom has a Queen bed, and one double bed. The bathroom has a deep tub with a shower built in stone. Cable TV, DVD, internet. No children, no pets, no smoking inside the house.

Love's Nest - Internet available - Enjoy this property from the front porch or from the Blanco River. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is only 5 years old and can sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a  garden tub with a separate dressing area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a double futon. There are lots of window to enjoy the landscaped yard and flowers. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, BBQ area just off the small back deck, and a carport to park under. There is a small back porch just right to sit and watch the river as you BBQ you dinner. No children under the age of 10. Wireless Internet.

Rio Cantando - Wireless

Located on the Blanco River not far from Wimberley, this 3400 square foot, two story home will sleep up to 16. It has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed with a Queen sleeper sofa and two full bathrooms with large showers. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, the first with a Queen bed with a single love seat and windows that face the river. Walk out on to the deck and  the hot tub, with a BBQ area and just relax to the sounds of the Blanco River. The third and fourth bedrooms have Queen bunk beds and a double bathroom with a tub/shower area in between.  Enjoy the decks off each bedroom and the living room. Extra sleeping areas are in the living room with two Queen sleeper sofas. In the Winter enjoy the  large fireplace. The full kitchen has two refrigerators, large ice maker, electric range with ovens, microwave, all you need to do is bring your food. The dining area has seating for 6 plus two additional tables in the living room area for 10 more. The new game room will have a pool table and seating area.  You have to see this great house on the Blanco River. Steps down to the water, enjoy the 200 Sq. foot outdoor fire pit, Disc-golf area, horseshoe pit, and lots of room for a game of volleyball. Relax in the hammock and the river side swing and chairs, or wade and swim in the river. Rock stairs lead down to the water. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs with views of the river and canyon, with a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the river. The third bedroom has three twin beds and a view of the canyon. There are two bathrooms. The full kitchen has an island with barstools. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa, a fold-out futon mattress, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and large picture windows. There is a 750 square foot deck with a 5 person hot tub and a propane grill as well as a charcoal grill. Bring your own charcoal. This property is pet friendly with a 500 square foot fenced dog run underneath the deck. It has a huge yard shaded with pecan trees and a 100 feet of river frontage with Bald Cypress trees. There is a 32" TV with DirecTV, DVD player, and high speed satellite internet. 

Rental rate on Stone Canyon is $250/night for 2 guests plus $25 per additional persons. Pets are $10 per night. There is a 3 night minimum stay from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

 

Summer Cove Lake House - Wireless

 Book early, this is a very popular location. Located on Lake LBJ this beautiful completely remodeled vacation home has  4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, and will sleep up to 13. It has 200 feet of water frontage  just steps from the door. There are large shade trees and  a boat house with jet ski ramps. Cook in the  large custom kitchen,  with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two living areas. Enjoy the view from the large deck with a BBQ pit and seating area, or in the winter relax in front of the fireplace. Swim, use the rope swing, paddle in the paddle boat ,play in the waterfall, just relax. Cable TV. wireless internet.

Sunset Ridge Escape - T

This wonderful home is so well named for the panoramic views of the sunsets that you can enjoy, just sit in the rocker on the front porch or take a long walk.. It is located 2.5 miles from town, on 12 acres and is very secluded and private with cedar, oak, cactus and numerous native plants. The master bedroom  has a king bed and bath and is downstairs. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each has a Queen bed, twin day bed and a twin trundle. They share a bathroom. This is a great open floor plan with a full kitchen. There is sunroom on the back of the house, a covered gazebo, and cable TV and DVD in all bedrooms. It has Queen sleeper sofa in living room.   There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room for those cold winter nights.

 The Casita is  not rented separately, only for additional guests with the main house It has a game room with a pool table, wet bar, couch (fold out with Queen mattress), table and chairs, stereo and TV. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, and a private bath with a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and large windows with a view. There is a full bath with a whirlpool tub and a covered rock patio just outside.

The hot tub is large enough for 8 people. and is on an elevated deck off the front porch of the Casita. The observation deck is is over 200 square feet and set back on the property. It offers seclusion and panoramic views of the Wimberley area. The gazebo has a BBQ pit, small fire pit, tables and chairs to relax in.  There is a HDTV and DVD in the living room, as well as TV's in all bedrooms, some with DVD's. Satellite TV  for all. CD player and stereo. The computer is for guest use with high speed internet and wireless network.
