Boat House - This wonderful house on Lake LBJ is great for the family vacation. The cantina is perfect for a BBQ or just sitting and relaxing with plenty of chairs and hammocks out under the trees. The house has decks on all four sides, you can fish from the deck or the walk way . The boat slip is a perfect place to leave the boat and go out to the Lake LBJ when ever you want. The water in the cove is 5 ft. deep. Boat ramp and bait house is just one mile away. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room combination area. Satellite TV. The single bedroom has  a King bed and two twin beds. It has one bathroom.

$150/night for two plus $25 for each additional guest. Two night minimum.

Lakeside Pointe - Located on Lake LBJ this newly remodeled home on a large lot offers a wonderful view of the lake. You can sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the boat dock or the deck upstairs. Sit out in the grassy area under a large oak tree, rest in the hammock, or lay on the dock in the sun. There are two jet ski ramps and a rope swing and waterfall just adjacent to the dock.  There are three bedrooms, one downstairs with a King bed  and two up stairs, one with a King bed and the other with two twins. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa. An outdoor hanging bed is fun to relax on. There are two bathrooms. It will sleep up to 8 people. This is a great family getaway place. This home is furnished with two TV's with satellite. There is a full kitchen with a dining area. Wood burning stove, BBQ pit, outdoor seating.

March 1- Sept. 15   $350/night, 2 night minimum

Sept. 16 - Feb. 28  $250/night, 2 night minimum

Holidays               $450/night, 3 night minimum

$300 security deposit is required.

Shangri~Lodge -

 This beautiful 3500 square foot lodge sits high on a cliff on the North shore of Lake Travis, just one hour West of Austin. Relax, have fun, walk around the property, and enjoy the large grassy area for outdoor play. The hot tub sits on the deck just off the living room, it’s perfect for lake viewing and star gazing.  Enjoy the view from the living room. It has two seating areas, one for TV viewing and the other with a large sectional to just sit , relax, and daydream . It is equipped with  DirecTV, DVD, VCR, and a stereo system that can also be played out on the deck.

All of the bedrooms and living room have private decks overlooking the lake. The upstairs bedrooms also have a covered deck on the front side of the house overlooking the property.

 There are four bedrooms each with a private bath, with 3 king beds, and 1 queen bed. The downstairs  master bedroom is handicapped accessible with a wheelchair shower and a garden tub. All bedrooms have DirecTV and DVD players. Also available is an additional room above the garage. It has a kitchenette, small dining area and 4 twin beds.

 The kitchen has a Viking Range with six burners, warming drawer, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a Sub-Zero fridge, and a ice maker. The dining area includes a fireplace and a large table with seating for up to 12.

 Linens and towels are provided. No smoking and no pets.

There is no access to the lake from the house. However boats can be rented in nearby Lago Vista or launch your own boat at Arkansas Bend Park, about ½ mile away.

$800 per night, with a two night minimum. Holidays and Spring Break  require  a  three night minimum. There is a one time $150 cleaning fee and a $700 security deposit.

 Whether you use this wonderful home for a family vacation, a small business conference, wedding or retreat, it sleeps 12 in luxurious surroundings with a wonderful  view of the lake.

Summer Cove Lake House- Book early, this is a very popular location. Located on Lake LBJ this beautiful completely remodeled vacation home has  4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, and will sleep up to 13. It has 200 feet of water frontage  just steps from the door. There are large shade trees and  a boat house with jet ski ramps. Cook in the  large custom kitchen,  with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two living areas. Enjoy the view from the large deck with a BBQ pit and seating area, or in the winter relax in front of the fireplace. Swim, use the rope swing, paddle in the paddle boat ,play in the waterfall, just relax. Cable TV. wireless internet.

March 1st through Sept. 15 $495 per night , 2 night minimum. Sept. 16 through Feb. 28  $375 per night, 2 night minimum. Holidays $545 per night , 3 night minimum. One time maid fee of $150, security deposit $500 required.
