Bacot Ranch - This was quite a discovery!  It is located about 10 miles Northwest of Dripping Springs.  When you arrive and cross the low water crossing there are big shade trees, a wet creek, and the spacious house that can accommodate up to 10 people.  It is perfect for retreats, and groups, and families that want to get away from it all. Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, stereo. King sized bed downstairs, 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 double beds. 2 bathrooms, fireplace, outside grill, located on Deadman's Creek. No smoking, no pets. ..... $365 per night for 10.

Broad Creek Ranch -This 50 acre ranch is located just 2 1/2 miles from the Wimberley Square. Each house has private acreage around it with large pecan and oak trees, and horses.

           The Cottage - This two bedroom, one bath home  has a full kitchen with large area for seating  and a fireplace in the living room. There is a  TV and DVD player. The patio doors open to a large backyard with huge oak trees. There are benches to sit and enjoy the view on the front porch. At night walk up to the fire pit and on to the pool and cabana on the lit stone walk. The pool is 5 ft. deep. The cabana area has a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, tables, chairs and a BBQ pit. Pecan and oaks shade the area. Play volleyball  then cool off with a dip in the pool. Children and pets welcome, no smoking. ....$225/night for 4 plus $25 per additional person. Oct. 1st rate until March 1st is $195 per night. Maximum 5 persons. Pets are $10 per night.

           Cedar Creek Lodge - This newly built lodge is wonderful with the cedar and rock work reflecting the Hill Country. Enjoy the open airiness of the windows, views, and catwalks to get you up high around the main room. There are three bedrooms, one king, one queen and one with twin bunk beds. The full bath room has a large old farm house sink, and a large shower. For those cold winter days and nights the floor has radiant heat, and the main room has a large open fireplace that burns wood or propane. The large dining table seats 8. The fully stocked kitchen even has a commercial gas range and a side window to let you have an outdoors bar, BBQ, visit back and forth and enjoy the large open area. What a wonderful place to have a wedding. Just call about pricing for your group. The large BBQ area has running water and lots of seating, check out the pictures.

There is a TV, DVD, CD player, XM Satellite radio, and local telephone. Outside enjoy the propane grill and the fire pit as well as nature. Children and pets welcome......$250/night for 6 plus $25 per additional person. Pets are $10 per night.

                Horse Creek - Next door to the Lodge is Horse Creek. Wonderfully light and airy this three bedroom house will add to the availability the number of guests that this property will sleep. It has a large living room, separate dining room with a fireplace, full kitchen, and huge back yard with a fire pit, with a wonderful view of horses. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, with a shared second bathroom. TV, DVD, CD, XM Satellite radio and local telephone.

$250/night for 6 plus $25 for each additional person. Pets are welcome $10 per night.

Canyon Lake Ranch Guest House - Oversized limestone fireplace, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds,  1.5 baths, sauna, large swimming pool. Antiques, kitchenette, and close to the lake. A real treat with many amenities! No smoking, no pets, No children under age 8......$165/night for 2 plus $25 per additional person.

Gentle Breezes - So Called because of the wonderful breeze that flows across the wide porch, gracing the front of the guest cottage, one bedroom, full kitchen, large Jacuzzi tub for 2 and a shower . This working goat ranch has a fenced porch and yard.  There is hiking on the 150 acres with walking areas and benches to rest and enjoy nature and a campfire ring. Look for the flying cactus in the two ravines, enjoy the water falls and rocks. ...

Mt. Gainor -  This historic 2 level home is great for groups, or just rent one or two rooms.

Downstairs: 3 bedrooms have queen beds, TV/DVD's, and all have private tubs with showers. Full kitchen, and dining area for 6. Queen futon in the living room.

$150/night for 4 or $100 per room, $20/ per additional guest

Upstairs: Living area has 2 queen futons, TV/DVD, full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and private tub/shower.

Large hot tub outside. A full breakfast is provided on weekends and a continental during the week. There is a grill for your use.

Rancho El Valle Chiquito - On this wooded 55 acres, you will be surrounded by a barnyard full of unique animals from peacocks to fainting goats. Drive golf balls, fish in the pond (catch and release) or enjoy the large hot tub. Horseback riding  is available for children 8 and under. Visit the Cowboy campfire (unless there is a burn ban) roast wieners and marshmallows, sit under the stars and tell campfire stories. This is a great location for children, lots of room for family reunions and groups. Enjoy the driving range and putting green.  Play volleyball, tetherball, hunt for fossils and arrow heads in the dry creek bed. There is plenty of room for hiking in the woods. The Barn, Longhorn and Stable can all be rented and used by a large group and have access through connecting doors.

A Cowboy Breakfast is now available for $7.50 each, two person minimum. Please set this up at time of booking.

Small pets are welcome with prior approval. There is a $10 per night charge per pet.

• The Barn - This charming barn is decorated in Hill Country style with 2 bedrooms, which have 1 king bed, 1queen and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There are  double futons and 5 pallets in the loft area that are great for children to camp out on. There is a  full kitchen, and a  living room area. The bathroom has a claw foot tub with a shower. The Barn can sleep up to 14 people. $155/night for 4 plus $20/additional per person.
• The  Stable - This suite area is decorated in country style. It has 1 double bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, shower, kitchenette, with a TV, VCR. It can sleep 4 to 5 people. $100/night for 2 plus $20/additional person. 
• The Longhorn -This area can sleep 4. There are 2 double beds, 1 roll away. The bath room has a claw foot bath tub with a shower. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator. There is TV, and a VCR. $125/night for 2 plus $20/ additional person. 

Red Corral Ranch - This ranch is  situated on 1100 acres between Blanco and Wimberley. Visit the labyrinth for a quiet area for meditation, introspection and refreshing the mind. Walk the nature trails, or the hike and bike trails. Visit the organic gardens, and see the abundance of wildlife and wild flowers. Enjoy the aqua fed pool. Five locations to choose from. •  Limestone Lodge - This stone farmhouse has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. There is a large living room, with a great fireplace. It has a large sunny dining room, library and pavilion. The cook house and fire circle are at this location also. This home sleeps up to 13 people.
• Colleen's Cottage - Enjoy a romantic country cottage that sleeps up to 4.This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has  use of the  pool and cabana area. Relax in the Therapeutic hot tub under the stars.
• Still Point Cabin - This is the secluded and special cabin at the Red Corral for poets, authors, musicians and those looking for escape. Great for 2 people or as solitary retreat.
• Deerview Cottage - This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home is very colorful. Enjoy the fireplace, and the hot tub under the stars. Sleeps up to 7 people.
• Meadows Cottage - A very roomy comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. Enjoy the large living room, and also the kitchen, dining room area. There is an out door grill & a hot tub on the beautiful back porch. Sleeps up to 6 people.

Sites Ranch - This 1000 acre working goat ranch has been in the family over a 100 years. It is  the original family stone house. Sit back and relax on the front porch in the rockers. There are two bedrooms with full size beds. The  two queen size beds with privacy curtains as well as two  twin beds are in  the living room.  Enjoy the open area, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, games and puzzles. The fully stocked kitchen has a breakfast area with seating for four. The dining area has a long table with seating for six. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub shower. The fenced back yard has a charcoal grill, the fire pit can be used if there is not a burn ban and a large picnic table for your use. Spirit Ranch- Renew your spirit at this wonderful private 95 acre ranch in the Hill Country. This is the perfect location for a church groups, retreat groups, Red Hat Ladies, artist or any group wanting to get away. Sit and listen to the quiet or walk on the acreage. and enjoy nature. The bunkhouse is great for groups and visiting and will sleep up to 13. In the bunkhouse there are 2 Queen beds, a futon, 1 twin, sleeper sofa all upstairs and 1 bunk bed and 1 twin down stairs. The owner lives in the Farm House but the two upstairs bedrooms are available for over flow from groups. There is a barn that is available for weddings or family reunions or any event.
