Artisans Inn B & B -  A delicious full gourmet breakfast will be served to you  in your room. Relax and enjoy the great view over looking the Blanco River Valley. There is a  King bed with a twin rollaway available. The large shower area  is handicap accessible. There is a nice sitting area on the porch or inside. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator and a microwave, and coffee pot. There is a TV, DVD player and cable.  Call about pets, smoking area available outside. Weekend rates are $155/night for 2 plus $25/additional guest.

Blair House - On 85 acres of Texas Hill Country with two dining areas, living area with limestone fireplace.   Service is meticulous, the food delectable, and the amenities provide ultimate comfort. Includes a full gourmet breakfast. A non-smoking property. Gourmet Saturday evening dinner available  for guests and non-guests.  

Chantilly Lace - This country inn bed and breakfast is located in Johnson City at the crossroads of the Hill country. It's central location makes it the perfect place to stay to enjoy day trips in the area. The inn offers 6 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and a lavender farm. Relax outdoors in the herb and perennial gardens, walk the winding paths that lead to private benches. There are three porches, stop and rest on the porch swing or in the  pavilion area. Large mature trees provide cool shade in the summer and a gentle breeze brings the sound of wind chimes.

A full gourmet breakfast is included. Enjoy any of the five beautiful suites. No pets  and smoking is limited to exterior areas only.

Rose Garden Suite - This suite features a king size bed, separate den area with a leather sofa and access to the large upper front porch. The private bath features a double vanity sinks and a tub/shower. Sunday - Thursday $109 per night. Friday and Saturday $135 per night.

Taste of Texas Country Suite - This suite features a king size bed, sofa, and access to the large upper porch. The large private bath features double vanity sinks, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Sunday - Thursday $109 per night. Friday and Saturday $135 per night.

Carriage House Suite - This suite offers a beautiful king size bed with a love seat, and table and chairs. The private bath features a large whirlpool tub and wicker dressing table and chair.       Sunday-Thursday $109 per night. Friday and Saturday $135 per night.

Carriage House Suite II - This suite offers a beautiful queen size cedar bed, love seat, table and chairs, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, and a private bath. Sunday - Thursday $99 per night.    Friday and Saturday $120 per night.

Lavender Cabin - This two room cabin features a king size bed and a regular size bed. There is cable TV is each room. The bathroom has a large vanity and a tub/shower. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. It will accommodate 1 to 4 people. Children 12 and over are welcome. Sunday - Thursday $109 for two people using one bed. Friday and Saturday $135. Call for  pricing on additional people.

Country Sun B & B - Six cottages are located on 16 acres. Enjoy the above ground swimming pool, a picnic area with BBQ grill and covered tables, a fire pit (check about the no burning ban), horseshoes, chess and a Bocce Court. Each cottage has a front porch area and flower gardens to sit and enjoy. There is European Continental breakfast served each morning. No pets and outside smoking  only.

Cottage #1&2 - These are 2 bedroom cottages They have both a King and a Queen size  mattress from Select Comfort. There is a sofa bed in the living room and one bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is a wood-burning fireplace, and Satellite TV. $175 per night for 4 and $20 per additional guest.

Cottage 3,4,&6 - These are Studio Cottages and have a California King size bed with air mattress from Select Comfort. There is a Jacuzzi tub for 2. The kitchenette has a table for two or four with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave in each cabin. Each has Satellite TV. $125 per night for 2 and $20 per additional guest.

Cottage 5 - This cottage has 2 Queen beds and a Jacuzzi tub for 2. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave. Satellite TV. $125 per night for 2 and $20 per additional guest.

Fischer Haus - Built in 1908 this beautifully restored house is located in historic Fischer, Texas off CR 32. Enjoy the tranquility, sit on the front porch and sip your glass of tea while watching the hummingbirds and other wildlife. A full sit-down breakfast is offered on weekends and a continental breakfast on weekdays, other meals can be arranged in advance. No children under 12 please. There are resident dogs, cats, and horses. Horses are welcome at an extra charge. There are three guest bedrooms which are nonsmoking. Each bedroom has a private bath and entrance. The house is furnished with antiques and these rooms can be rented separately.

The Victorian Room has a queen bed and is $125 per night for 2 guest.

The Bavarian Room has a full size bed and is $110 per night for 2 guest.

The Southwest Room has a full size bed and is $95 per night for 2.

High Point Manor B&B - A wonderful breakfast is served in the large breakfast room. Hike the property and enjoy the views of the hill country. As you walk you will see wildlife as well as the peacocks, goats, llamas, parrots, and  numerous beautiful birds. There are 6 rooms in the main house with private baths, a pool table area and piano. Visit the library with the TV area. Make this a place you'll come back to again and again. Prices vary....$85-$105/night for 2.  

• There are eight guest cottages each decorated in it's own country style. Some with kitchens and kitchenettes, some with Jacuzzi's and others with showers. Try out the private hot tubs and relax on the porch. Sit and watch the wildlife. Some  cabins will sleep up to four people.   ....$150/night for 2 guests and 15 for each additional person.

Memory Lane Bed and Breakfast

•    Hill Country View- Enjoy this private suite with a queen bed and double futon, with a nice dining area. The bathroom has a shower. There is a full kitchen with fresh eggs left for you in the refrigerator. Individual quiches , fresh fruit, bagels, fresh muffins and other delights are left for you to enjoy. If you wish a gourmet breakfast it can be arranged for $10 per person. The suite has high def. cable TV , DVD, VCR and a stereo. There is a pool and hot tub for your use just behind the house. They have a wonderful greenhouse, and horse boarding is available. This is a chemical free property.  Memory Lane also includes a state of the art recording studio, check on prices and available. This property is located just four miles South of Dripping Springs  and ten miles North of Wimberley. Intimate gourmet dinners are available on request....

•    Texas Star Suite - This wonderful suite is perfect for that anniversary or honeymoon you have promised each other. It is located beside the pool and hot tub area with flowers all around. The large room is finished out in cedar with a wonderful atmosphere. There is a Queen bed and love seat. Enjoy the flat screen high def. cable TV, DVD, and CD player. The kitchenette area has a toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, and cooler. The extra large bathroom has a tub/shower. The breakfast is provided and will be a treat, created with fresh eggs, fruit and made to your specifications.

•     Memory Lane Lodge - This four bedroom lodge along with Texas Star Suite and Hill Country View will sleep up to 20 people. Great for weddings, retreats and family reunions. The pool, hot tub and facility outdoor area is directly behind the main building. There are four bedrooms, the master with a Queen bed and a very large bathroom. The additional bedrooms have a Queen bed with a another private bath, a Queen and a bedroom with two twins that share a bathroom. There are additional futons and large open areas. The front of the house has a large room with a fireplace, windows and wonderful wood walls and ceiling. The dining area and kitchen are accessible from all areas. The large room in the back is perfect for a meeting area inside.
• There is over 10,000 square feet of covered space including a 3200 square foot covered pavilion that will hold up to 250 people for rehearsal dinners, receptions, and private dinners. There is a large outdoors stage with a complete sound system for bands or DJ's.

  Prow'd House - A lovely cedar home with panoramic views and a delicious full country breakfast. The main house offers 2 guest rooms each with a queen size bed, private full bath, TV Internet access, coffee pot, hair dryer, and a private patio. The main living area has a TV/VCR/DVD. The Ashley room has a private hot tub on the patio.

The cottage has 3 guest bedrooms on the first floor with the same amenities. Two have queen size beds and one has two full size beds. The second floor suite has a bedroom with a king size bed and a private bath, a lounge with its own balcony, a fireplace, and a kitchenette. There is a shared hot tub on the patio. This is a non-smoking property. There is a charcoal grill for guest use.    

$125-$150/night for 2 plus $25/additional guest.

Serenity Farmhouse Inn & Spa - This wonder retreat offers both cottages and suites as well as relaxing massages. Located on more than 20 acres of scenic Hill Country this is the perfect destination to come and relax.  All accommodations have Queen size beds, large heart shaped Jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. Enjoy the hot tub and the view or just relax in the gazebo area. A full breakfast is provided. There are four cottages, Hill Country Hideaway, Poet's Cabin, Wild Rosie's Retreat and White Willow. The three suites are Love Song which is upstairs with a wonderful view of the Hill Country and Suite Texas, and Lofty Dreams.  Enjoy the swimming pool and a new wedding celebration area will be available very soon.

Cottages $150, suites $200 per night for two with a two night minimum. This is a wonderful  location for honeymoons, birthdays, anniversary celebration or just a quiet get away.

Southwind - this early Texas-style two story inn is located on 25 wooded acres not far from Wimberley. Relax and enjoy the peaceful country side, the wonderful breakfast, or the decks, views, and the hot tub. The living room has a fireplace where you can sit on those cold winter nights or take a walk around the property in the spring, and see the abundant wildlife.  There are two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and one suite with king, complete with a fireplace. Each has a private bath and entrance, and all are furnished with antiques. Each room sleeps 2, and includes wonderful breakfast.

Zephyr Room - downstairs, Queen bed, private tub/shower $80/2 per night

Spirit Wind - two levels with twin beds downstairs and a King upstairs, private bath, fireplace and deck with a view. $90/2 per night

Cat's Paw - upstairs, Queen bed, sitting area, deck and private bath. $80/2 per night

Southwind Cabins - Hidden in the hills,3 separate  cedar cabins, all wheel chair accessible. The cabins are very rustic while affording all modern amenities. Each has a full kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, bedroom with fireplace and large front porch. Earthwind is decorated in Country Victorian and Mariah and Shadewind are very nicely done in Western. Grills are there bring your own charcoal. TV/VCR .Enjoy the beautiful natural setting....$105/2 and $10 for each additional guest per night

Shadewind Cabin - King bed and twin in the main room. It has a separate bedroom with a double and a twin.
