The driveway and areas surrounding the house as well as below and along the riverbank have been beautifully landscaped.

Situated on 11 1/2 wooded acres this home is only four years old, within the 5200 square feet there are 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 3 half baths, 3 living areas, and a formal dining area, with large decks outside.

The kitchen is a large open plan with a breakfast bar. Sub Zero refrigerator, double oven, icemaker, with granite counter tops. There is a formal dining room with a crystal chandelier, a large faux painting of an arched window on one side and real windows on the other. The living room has a massive stone fireplace, high cathedral vaulted ceiling with large beams. Large windows look out over the hill country. The family room is located on the second floor, step out on to the deck and view the Blanco River and the surrounding hillside. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms. Doors lead out to a terrace with fantastic views. There is a separate shower and walk in closets. The other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house each with it's own bathroom. Enjoy the exercise room , wireless internet and the many extras of this fantastic house. There is a 30 day cancellation notice required.

This beautiful 3500 square foot lodge sits high on a cliff on the North shore of Lake Travis, just one hour West of Austin. Relax, have fun, walk around the property, and enjoy the large grassy area for outdoor play. The hot tub sits on the deck just off the living room, it’s perfect for lake viewing and star gazing. Enjoy the view from the living room. It has two seating areas, one for TV viewing and the other with a large sectional to just sit , relax, and daydream . It is equipped with DirecTV, DVD, VCR, and a stereo system that can also be played out on the deck.

All of the bedrooms and living room have private decks overlooking the lake. The upstairs bedrooms also have a covered deck on the front side of the house overlooking the property.

There are four bedrooms each with a private bath, with 3 king beds, and 1 queen bed. The downstairs master bedroom is handicapped accessible with a wheelchair shower and a garden tub. All bedrooms have DirecTV and DVD players. Also available is an additional room above the garage. It has a kitchenette, small dining area and 4 twin beds.

The kitchen has a Viking Range with six burners, warming drawer, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a Sub-Zero fridge, and a ice maker. The dining area includes a fireplace and a large table with seating for up to 12.

There is no access to the lake from the house. However boats can be rented in nearby Lago Vista or launch your own boat at Arkansas Bend Park, about ½ mile away.

$800 per night, with a two night minimum. Holidays and Spring Break require a three night minimum. There is a one time $150 cleaning fee and a $700 security deposit.

Rio Cantando - Located on the Blanco River not far from Wimberley, this 3400 square foot, two story home will sleep up to 16. Beautifully landscaped, it has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed with a futon and two full bathrooms with large showers. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, the first has a Queen bed and windows that face the river with the hot tub just outside the door. Walk out on the decks and enjoy the hot tub, a BBQ area and just relax to the sounds of the Blanco River. The third and fourth bedrooms have Queen bunk beds and a double bathroom with a tub/shower area in between. Enjoy the decks off each bedroom and the living room. Extra sleeping areas are in the living room with a Queen sleeper sofa and the game room. In the winter light up the fireplace. The full kitchen has two refrigerators, a large ice maker, an electric range with ovens, microwave, all you need to do is bring your food. The dining area has seating for 6 plus two additional tables in the living room area for more. The new game room has a pool table and seating area. Covered parking is just outside the door for your use. Satellite HD TV flat screens in every room, also DVD's and VCR's. SWIMMING POOL, RIVER, HOT TUB, NO PETS, outside smoking only.

Abundance - Located on sparkling Cypress Creek and steps from the historic Wimberley Square, Abundance Retreat features 2 guest houses — Sundance Lodge and Moondance Cabin — and an unforgettable setting for a romantic getaway, family reunion, "Big Chill" weekend or corporate meeting. Both offer a wireless internet connection, cable TV, DVD/CD players and local phone service. Sorry, no children under 18 permitted. Dogs who are house broken, friendly and non-destructive are welcome at both Sundance and Moondance. A single faux wicker kennel that is perfect for 2 small dogs or 1 medium size dog is provided. Please do not leave your pet unattended unless it is crated. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required per dog. There is a 30 day notice required on cancellations.

Allways Inn - This water front cabin is located on a wonderful part of the Blanco River just minutes from downtown Wimberley. Enjoy a nice walk down to the river, a BBQ under the trees, or just relaxing on the deck. Step into the full kitchen/dining room with windows facing a wonderful view of the river. There are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with three twin beds, and two bathrooms. The bathrooms feature large separate dressing areas, one bathroom has a shower and the other has a tub with a shower. The living room has a fireplace (bring your own firewood) and a TV with DVD. This is a great family vacation home.

Blanco River Cottage - This two bedroom home on the Blanco River with 2 king size beds, a shower and a garden tub, living room, full kitchen, large covered deck facing the Blanco River, BBQ and picnic area, easy access to 200' river frontage. Cable TV, VCR, and a stereo are included. Non-smoking property. DirecTV now installed. Sleeps 4 $135/night for 2 plus $15/additional guest.

Cabana on the Creek - A world away to Texas Style charm where there is peace and quiet and a creek running by. Escape with your friends and family. The cottage can sleep 6, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy on those cool evenings, and a shower out back for those who like to bath with nature! Relax on the large deck, sit in the rockers and view the wildlife, listen to the creek, take a long walk. $150/night for 2 plus $15/additional guest.

Cactus Pointe - Located on 14 acres full of wildlife you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. The cottage has one bedroom with a king bed, and one bathroom. There are two extra long single beds in the living room used for daytime seating, TV, VCR. There is a full kitchen with dining area. Sit in the breeze on the covered porch or BBQ in the back or play basket ball. Located on 300 feet of the Blanco River just 61 steps down the rock walkway for easy access to the deep part of the river, rope swing, large shade trees and a great dock. One of the best place to be on a hot summer day..$95/night for 2 plus $15/additional guest.

Camp Young Judaea - This summer camp is not available mid-May through mid-September. Located in Wimberley on Cypress Creek on 300 acres with approximately 60% of water frontage.. It will accommodate as few as 25 or up to 300 people. This is an ideal retreat for business events, youth organizations, church groups and is family oriented . The lodge has 20 rooms , there are 10 cabins with bunk beds. Full kitchen, living room, dining room. Enjoy the pool and the 15 foot water slide (additional fees). All of the property is wheelchair accessible and ADA certified. Twenty five person minimum with a two night booking. Price includes five meals per person per weekend. $130 each.

Carrington Cottage - Located on a beautiful stretch of the Blanco River, this cottage offers a sleeping loft with 1 queen bed and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room with a LPG fireplace. Complete kitchen, 1 bath and large tree covered deck overlooking the river. Very quiet, private accommodation. Non-smoking property. The fire pit is great! Please honor the burn ban if it in place. Country Cottage #3 - Enjoy this cabin overlooking Cypress Creek. Relax as you sit in the swing or the rockers on the screened porch. Enjoy the fishing. There is 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, and a very nice sitting area. The cabin has a full bath off the bedroom and a half bath just off the living room. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has full kitchen, and a wood burning stove in the living room (bring your own wood). CD, TV, VCR, outside smoking only. Small dogs and cats welcome $10 per night per pet. High speed Internet

Country Cottage #5 -This cabin overlooks Cypress Creek with a covered porch and swing to enjoy the view. It has one bedroom with two queen beds, a sitting area and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom with a Garden tub and shower. It has a full kitchen with a dining area and a wood burning stove, (bring your own firewood). cable TV, VCR, DVD, outside smoking only.

Country Cottage #9 - Located on Cypress Creek this cabin has a large porch with a swing. One bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bathroom with dressing area and a tub with a shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a second bath with a tub and shower. It has full kitchen, dining area and a wood burning stove in the living room ( bring your own firewood). It sleeps up to sleeps 6, cable TV. Outside smoking only.

Creek House - Located on a beautiful part of Cypress Creek just minutes from the center of Wimberley, yet private. This two level, three bedroom, three bath home is a quiet getaway. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the open loft bedroom has two twins and two trundle beds. There are TV's in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Cable TV provided as well as computer access DSL. The back deck is furnished for you to just sit and relax and watch the creek and the falls as well as a multitude of wildlife. In bad weather enjoy the screened porch. It has a full kitchen and dining area that join the living room with a bar area. The are two grills, one is gas and one is charcoal (bring your own charcoal).

Great Escape - A beautiful Hill Country home located on the Blanco River just a few miles from Wimberley. Enjoy 300 feet of direct river frontage from this 3000 square foot home located on on 3 acres. The covered back porch with ceiling fans, rockers and lounges, provides a view of the river with 100 year old Cypress trees. This house is very nicely furnished with 4 bedrooms 4 baths. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed, with a private bath and a whirlpool tub. There are three other bedrooms upstairs. One has a Queen bed and a private bathroom, the second has a full size bed and two twins, and the third has a Queen bed with a twin size day bed plus a trundle bed with twin mattresses. Additional beds can be found in the bonus room downstairs which has a twin size day bed and a trundle with twin mattresses. There is a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and much more. The dining room has a 9 foot farm table that will seat 10 and the breakfast area has seating for 6 or more. In the living room you can enjoy the wood burning fireplace on those cold winter nights. Cable TV, DVD, VCR and movies, a computer with high speed wireless internet, and two BBQ pits for your use with a nice rock deck. This house will sleep up to 14 comfortably. Smoking outside only, no pets, children welcome. The hot tub is installed, as well as a pool table that is now ready for action in the game room.

Guest House at Six Oaks - Just imagine paradise on the Blanco River. This private guest house can sleep 6, 1 queen bed in the bedroom, daybed/ trundle bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large living area with a fireplace, a 700 sq. ft. wooden deck provided a view of the treetops, and green lawn below that slips lazily to the crystal clean river. There are chairs under the shelter of the huge shade trees where you can sit and relax and watch the river flow by. Located almost at the end of a small road you will find a quiet private retreat. $150/ night for 2 plus $25/additional guest.

Jenkins River House - Located on the Blanco River this home has a wonderful view from the screened back porch. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a king bed and two twins in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. The futon in the living room can sleep two. The living room opens into the dining room with an open bar area to the full kitchen. There is a fireplace to enjoy this winter. Great for a family or a group. Cable TV.

The cottage is located next door at the end of the garage. A bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and cable TV. This is rented only with the full rental of the house.

Las Brisas - This 1930's home was moved from Austin and restored on the Blanco River. The fabulous screened in porch is perfect to enjoy the breezes off the river. Situated on 3 private acres and totally fenced you feel like there's no one around for miles. The front porch also has seating for a great place to take a break. The full kitchen has a small breakfast area or there is a long farm table across from the bar to seat everyone at once. There is a LPG fireplace and long comfortable couches to relax and enjoy the view from the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath in the hall that even has an outside entrance and small deck! The third bedroom down stairs has two twin beds. Upstairs there are 5 twin beds with a trundle bed underneath one, and a third bathroom. No smoking, Children 10 and over only, no pets. Please make sure the gates are all closed so that the deer don't get in and eat the grapes.

The Vineyard Room-This private room with a queen bed is located just across the driveway and over the garage. A kitchenette has everything you need, microwave, coffee pot, small refrigerator and seating for two at the small garden table. The bathroom has a shower. Look out the window and view the owners personal vineyard (Please don't pick the grapes). $100 per night for 2.

Leahy's Creekside Cottages, Arbor Dawn, Cabin A - Located just North of Wimberley on Cypress Creek this cabin is great for relaxing and just sitting by the creek. This is a great part of the creek for swimming. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed and 1 bath room with a tub/shower. The living room has a fireplace with 1 queen futon and 2 chairs that fold out into twin beds. TV, DVD and cable. The full kitchen has seating for 6. The deck out back is a nice place to grill your supper and watch the stars. New central air and heat has been installed. Small pets are welcome for a $10 per night charge and must be on a leash when outside. Med. dogs $15 per night. Sleeps 8, $130/per night for 2 and $20 per additional guests.

Leahy's Creekside Cottages, Arbor Dusk, Cabin B - Located just North of Wimberley on Cypress Creek this cabin is just next door to Cabin A and is great for relaxing and just sitting by the creek. There is a handicap ramp in the front. This is a great part of the creek for swimming. There is a bedroom with 1 king bed, and also 1 double bed in the loft. 1 bath room with a tub/shower . The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace and TV, DVD and cable. The full kitchen has seating for 4. There is a trundle bed that opens to a king located at the end of the kitchen in the sun room area, with a TV. New central air and heat have been installed. The deck out back is a nice place to sit and watch the world go by at a slow pace. Small pets are welcome for a $10 per night charge and must be on a leash when outside.

Med. size dogs are $15 per night. Sleeps 8 $130/per night for 2 and $20 per additional guests.

Lodge at Cypress Falls - Opening May 23, 2008. The lodge has 22 rooms with King, Queen, or two double beds per room available. Enjoy a continental breakfast in the lobby, wireless internet, and the large screen TV, with plenty of seating. Sit out by the pool, play tennis, shuffle board, and volleyball . Free access to Cypress Creek for swimming and fishing, bring your own fishing gear, water shoes, and beach towels. Relax on the deck at the restaurant on the creek or at one of the picnic areas.

Love's Nest - Enjoy this property from the front porch or from the Blanco River. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is only 5 years old and can sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and a futon with a private bathroom with a garden tub with a separate dressing area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and a futon. There are lots of window to enjoy the landscaped yard and flowers. The living room has two love seats and a back less sofa. There is cable TV and internet service. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, BBQ area just off the small back deck, and a carport to park under. Relax in privacy on the front porch, at night light a candle and watch the fireflies play. The Blanco River park is just across the street with deep and shallow water for your enjoyment. New Tracks Llama Ranch -These two restored log homes are located on a large peaceful llama ranch with wonderful access to the Blanco River.

Pecan Star Cottage - Enjoy the Blanco River from this newly refurbished 1200 square foot cottage. It has one bedroom with a Queen bed and a King trundle bed on the sun porch. It has a full kitchen living room combination with a fireplace, TV, DVD, cable. The single bathroom has a shower. There is a small back porch just right to sit and watch the river as you BBQ you dinner. No children under the age of 10. Wireless Internet.

Quiet River - Located just minutes from Wimberley and located on the Blanco River, this quiet property has two rooms. Each room has a King bed, cable TV and a sitting area with a private bath. Relax on the porch or enjoy the swing, in the large yard, near the river under a shade tree. Just bring your bathing suits and your river shoes and relax.

Red Hawk Sanctuary- A sanctuary for a great getaway with privacy. Rest to the sounds of Loneman Creek and it's waterfalls. Relax and enjoy the red hawks flying overhead. Listen to nature all around you. Red Hawk Sanctuary can sleep up to 6. One bedroom is private with a queen bed. There is a futon in the loft and a queen bed in the living area which gives it that cottage feel. The bathroom has a claw foot tub with a shower. There is a small deck on the back, and huge oaks trees with lots of shade. It has a kitchenette with a microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster oven, and range top. Chapel Home - Rent this wonderfully restored church for your wedding, reunion, or retreat.

Kitchen facilities are in place. Just rent your table, chairs and decorate for a wonderful place to create memories. Large yard on the creek with water falls and swimming. Parking for up to 50 vehicles. Landscaping is in progress and will include a labyrinth. $750 per day.

When you rent Chapel Home we do require that you rent Red Hawk Sanctuary also so that the entire property can be yours to enjoy.

Richards River House- Sit back, relax and enjoy the solitude and the river. This wonderful home has three bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fantastic back deck. The open living room has a fireplace and the kitchen, dining area is wonderfully decorated. The pine floors through out the house came from an old school house. Enjoy the satellite TV, DVD, VCR, and music library.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed. They share a bathroom with a tub shower but each has its own sink and dressing area. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a bathroom with a rock shower.

The large back yard has picnic tables, a BBQ area and numerous seating areas as well as a fire pit. The river flows just at the bottom of the yard with easy access just down the steps to the water.

Rio Casita - This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the Blanco River has a fabulous water front view and a large fenced back yard that goes down to the river. The master bath has an oversized tub and shower made for two. The long covered back porch is great for cooking out, there is a full kitchen, with all the extras, including a wood burning stove. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of twins. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Satellite TV , pet friendly, $20 per night per pet. There is a non-refundable $50 cleaning deposit per pet required.

River Dance - 2 Bed and Breakfast units and a furnished vacation house on the deep water of the San Marcos River. Memory Maker pavilion, with a huge outdoor fireplace, perfect for family reunions. Canoe, play horse shoes or shoot baskets for fun. Just steps to the river. Take time to relax and enjoy nature. $15 for each day guest.

Sag Harbor - Sit in the porch swing and listen to the river pour over the low-water crossing in the distance. Located on the Blanco River on a 60 foot bluff, this location has just been remodeled with a king-size bed, full kitchen, private porch, full bath, a very nice living area with cable TV, DVD..$135/night for 2.

Salty Chicken - Located on the Wimberley Square this is great for just two. There is a wonderful view of Cypress Creek and a short walk to shops and restaurants. One queen bed with a sitting area ,and cable TV provided. The kitchenette has a with microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender for your use. The bath has a tub/shower. This price includes a $10 breakfast certificate good at Wimberley Cafe for each night that you reserve. $125/night for 2 (available for one night $135)

Spencer Guest Cottages I & II - There are two spacious 2-story dwellings on a gorgeous span of the Blanco River each featuring one bedroom downstairs with a King bed and a bedroom upstairs with 4 twins. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Cabin 1 has a sleeper sofa that makes into a double bed, and Cabin 2 has a sleeper sofa that makes into a queen bed. Each house has 2 baths, a full kitchen, screened porch and wood burning fireplaces. On beautiful grounds, BBQ facilities, perfect for families, tubing, swimming, fishing, tennis close by. Each cottage sleeps 8 max.....$175/night for 4 plus $15/additional guest.

Stone Canyon - You have to see this great house on the Blanco River. Steps down to the water, enjoy the 200 Sq. foot outdoor fire pit, Disc-golf area, horseshoe pit, and lots of room for a game of volleyball. Relax in the hammock and the river side swing and chairs, or wade and swim in the river. Rock stairs lead down to the water. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs with views of the river and canyon, with a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the river. The third bedroom has three twin beds and a view of the canyon. There are two bathrooms. The full kitchen has an island with barstools. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa, a fold-out futon mattress, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and large picture windows. There is a 750 square foot deck with a 5 person hot tub and a propane grill as well as a charcoal grill. Bring your own charcoal. This property is pet friendly with a 500 square foot fenced dog run underneath the deck. It has a huge yard shaded with pecan trees and a 100 feet of river frontage with Bald Cypress trees. There is a 32" TV with DirecTV, DVD player, and high speed satellite internet.

Rental rate on Stone Canyon is $250/night for 2 guests plus $25 per additional persons. Pets are $10 per night. There is a 3 night minimum stay from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is a cleaning fee of $50. If you have pets there is an additional $25 cleaning fee.

Stony Oaks on the Blanco - Enjoy both the shallow and deep waters of the beautiful Blanco River. Feed the grey foxes on the patio and watch the many birds. Relax in the shade on the bluff overlooking the river. Stony Oaks is located just 1 1/2 miles from the village square.

Wild Horses - Have you stopped believing in magic? Come to Wild Horses in the spring when fireflies dance beneath the tall pecan trees, or in autumn when the air is lightly scented with oak from the large wood burning fireplace. Rain plays a tune on the metal roof on brisk winter days, and in summer the river is a siren's song, impossible to resist.
